Geraint V Jones & Julia Constable Jones - Senior Church Leaders / Senior Pastors

Geraint is the original founder of 21st Century Church. A Welsh speaking Llanelli boy, he has been married to Julia for 23 years and they have 3 children, Steffan, Heulwen and Andreas. Geraints' passion is summed up in the Churches' "Mission Statement" and "Vision" which sees the Church in South Wales rebuilt and restored to be truly reflected as the glorious "Bride of Christ" which connects effectively with a watching but lost world. Geraint is a "Visionary" and sees himself as Church Architect or' Pastorpreneur 'as opposed to a stereotypical Church leader or pastor. He is also a Trustee and supports himself by practicing as a qualified professional Financial Planner and Advisor.

Eirwen Parry - Assistant Church Leader - Assistant Pastor

Eirwen is a Main Platform speaker and is South Wales' answer to Joyce Meyer. She has vast experience of Church life and powerfully communicates the word of God in a 'no nonsense' and profound manner and speaks most weeks at 21st Century Church. Eirwen was an NHS Nurse for over 40 years before her retirement.

Helen Parry Palfreman - Senior Worship Leader & Kids Church

Helen is passionate about connecting people with Christ via extravagant, heartfelt and sometimes explosive worship and praise. You will fall in love with Helen once you've heard her speak. She is also a Deacon and Trustee. She was recently married to Martyn Palfreman.

Gerwyn Thomas- Musical Director / Buildings, Maintenance and Fire

Gerwyn is also a Deacon and a Trustee. He is married to Allyson and they have three boys, Ceri, Eirian and Dafydd. Gerwyn is exceptionally gifted musically and has been with the Church from it's early origins. Since those days he has been at the heart of all things musical and is now Musical Director at 21st Century Church. He is also very resourceful and practical and is therefore, also head of Church Buildings and Maintenance

Emyr Jones - Head of Media & Finance

Emyr holds responsibility for the Media, Sound and Finance teams and is passionate about bringing the church into the real 21st Century. Emyr lives in Carmarthen, is married to Gaynor and they have a son, Ewan. Emyr, the son of a Baptist Minister, was brought up in Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. He manages a few companies based in Ammanford, and in 2002 Emyr, along with International Opera Singer Huw Priday, set up the company known as "1904 Ltd", charting the history of the amazing 1094 Welsh Revival. They have released an internationally distributed film "A Diary of Revival" and published books titled "A Diary of Revival" and "Pictorial Diary of Revival". Emyr is also a deacon.

Susan Jones - Hospitality Team Leader and Administrator

Susan is on staff in the Church and heads Administration and also heads the Hospitality team which encompasses the Kitchen and Welcome team and stewards.. She still loves to keep her hand in with youth work and also oversees Child Protection procedures. If you need anything organised or done, ask for Susan. She is also a Deacon and is Geraint's Personal Assistant. She is always willing to help or do anything as the need arises. Susan is married to Anthony and they have one daughter Rhian.

Andrea Parry - Senior Youth Leader

Andrea Leads the Youth Ministry with a heart to create a safe, secure and loving environment for the youth of today and to see them find their purpose and meaning in life through Jesus Christ . She is also a main platform speaker at 21st Century Church . Andrea is a highly entertaining and dynamic speaker who never pulls her punches. We love to call her unique, yet powerful style of communicating of 'Silly yet Serious'! She always has a profound message and often speaks from providence. Andrea is a qualified youth liaison officer and teacher who daily counsels young people today on issues such as drug taking, solvent and alcohol misuse. She has a son called Joseph.

Rhian Hubbard - Children's' Ministry Leader

Rhian is married to Francis and they have two children, Gwilym and Elin. She is a qualified teacher who teaches at primary school level. Rhian serves alongside Julia in Children's work. She has a heart to teach and love children of a young age including Creche where her husband Francis also serves. She also occasionally speaks in Family services with a very fresh ,interactive and humorous approach.

Steffan Jones

Steffan is Assistant Youth Leader and is also a Worship Leader at 21st Century Church. He cares deeply about helping people connect with God and discover in Jesus Christ, a purposeful, vibrant, living relationship, communicating through an "apologetic" style of teaching and through powerful and extravagant worship

Alison Treharne- Compassion Ministry Advocate and Coordinator

Alison is a Primary School teacher who has a heart not just for children in Wales but to see under privileged children receive help and support financially, practically and spiritually, in areas such as Burkina Faso. 21st Century Church currently has some fifty children sponsored in this part of Africa. She also serves every week on the sound and lighting desk.
